Only being able to interact with your cohort puts a lot of pressure on the staff to put students and teachers together that are cohesive. How is this being addressed?

In pre-pandemic school years, the teacher and student needs were met in a traditional 5-day a week school, so why is a modified Wednesday needed now, in addition to adding minutes before and after school? Will this be modified as case counts continue to drop? If anything, shouldn’t school hours be extended to make up for the hours of lost time.

first off feel so lucky to be in this district and want to thank each of you for your hard work and the thought that has to go into making all this work With multiple kids in before and after care as well as extracurricular activity/ sports where they are around other kids outside of their cohorts, can you give any additional insight on the reason why there is a concern mixing cohorts? it could be from the CDC, just wanting to understand what’s considered when making that decision.
